When you use Rejected.ai, we collect the information you provide directly, including your email address, the interview details you share (role, company, job description, and your own recollection of the interview), and any voice recordings you choose to submit of yourself describing what happened. Rejected.ai is designed only for you to record your own voice, recalling and narrating the interview from memory - it must not be used to upload or submit an actual recording of the interview itself or of any other person, including the interviewer. We also collect basic usage data to help us improve the product.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to generate your interview analysis and practice questions using AI. Your interview content is sent to our AI processing partner solely to generate this analysis, and is not used to train their models. We use your email to manage your account and, if you opt in, to contact you about your account or product updates.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use row-level security so that only you can access your own interview data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate Rejected.ai, including hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), voice transcription (Deepgram), and AI processing (Groq). These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may delete your account and associated data directly, or request that we do so on your behalf.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
